Utak Henyo Productivity Techniques (UHPT)
-Is a time management method invented by Peter Breboneria II on February 19, 2022 to increase focus, productivity, and happiness. He usually applied this technique at school and in business. Here’s how it looks like:
- Pick one task you want to focus on
- Set a timer for 30 minutes and do one task. Each task session takes 30 minutes. Record every session
- When the timer alarms, take a 15-minute break.
- Set the timer again for 30 minutes to do the task and take a 15-minute break again.
- After 4 task sessions or 2 hours session, take 30 minutes break
- Get 30 minutes break for every 4 task or 2 hour session. Get One hour break for every 8 task or 4 hour sessions. Then back to 30 minutes break again after 2 hour task sessions.
- Decide how many hours you will spend on a productive task per day. After setting limit, continue unfinished tasks the following day.
For example, studying Math and Science
8-8:30am Math study (Task 1)
8:30-8:45am Break (15 minutes)
8:45am-9:15am Math study (Task 2)
