Founding developer of internet based Alternative Learning System (ALS) as featured by GMA7, one of the giants media network in the Philippines and produced by Hon Sophia Balod, Producer at GMA News and Public Affairs.Before my team and I at International Center for Youth Development (ICYD) Incorporated created the Philippines first internet based ALS, ICYD visited Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and Department of Education Philippines. We confirmed that there were no official and nationwide recognized internet based ALS at that time.
2. Founder of International Center for Youth Development6 (ICYD) Incorporated, direct partner of Department of Education-National Capital Region that started in the year 2008 but formally established in 2013.
3. Founding developer of Utak Henyo Program that started at San Isidro, Baao, Camarines Sur in 2008 to Department of Education-National Capital Region and Philippines in 2013. The third Utak Henyo Conference Baao Edition was documented by ABS CBN Bikol in 2010. The Utak Henyo program were supported and had a Memorandum of Agreement signed by Department of Education-National Capital Region, Pocholo Gonzales’ Voice of the Youth Network(VOTY), Philippine Music and the Arts (Philmarts), Junior Chamber International (JCI), and International Center for Youth Development (ICYD)
4. He garnered model student awards at Ateneo de Naga University, Bicol’s premier university in 2008. He is currently studying at the University of the Philippines-Open University. He studied Pastoral Management and Leadership at the Loyola School of Theology, a theological graduate school in Ateneo de Manila University. The Philippine Normal University-The National Center for Teacher Education waived his entrance exam and majorship exam.
