Leadership System is a system with elements such as Founder, Board of directors, executive leaders, professional staff, and volunteers. Its interconnections are the constitution by laws, strategic planning, HR system, and leadership programs, The purpose of the team is to achieve the vision and mission of International Center for Youth Development, the non -profit corporation I founded.
