My leadership achievement will be published by the top 1 institution soon. When I wrote a book- thicked paper about the Utak Henyo Leadership presenting both the negative and positive of International Center for Youth Development, kinabahan ako dahil ilalabas ko ang weaknesses ng International Center for Youth Development that I founded. But I still got an A grade in LST-Ateneo de Manila. Authentic changes start with the Truth. Mahirap baguhin at i resolve ang isang negative situwasyon at problema if not anchored in reality. As a leader, we shall not oppress our followers for voicing out their complaints and concerns whether it’s true or not. Each one of us is prone to distortion consciously or unconsciously. Hindi laging tama o totoo ang sinasabi natin. Be humble to listen. There are no such things as a perfect statements. Realizing this, need talaga mag-usap to get both sides version of truth and come up with agreed truth or agreed to disagree truth. The best way to handle negative truth is to apologize and make things right rather than oppressing, terminating, or killing those complaining about your leadership. But prevention is better by developing honesty daily. Authentic growth in leadership will not happen apart from truth. There will be no leadership trust without the integrity of facts.
 
Nobel Peace Prize Awardee Maria Ressa stated, “a world without facts means a world without truth and trust. And if you don’t have any of those things, you certainly can’t conquer coronavirus, you can’t conquer climate change.”
