Pre-Utak Henyo Stage | May 2008-December 12, 2020 |
2008 | May 2008- ICYD Founding Chairman Peter Breboneria began to recruit San Isidro youth in Baao, Camarines Sur by teaching one of his memory techniques and created his own memory enhancement program named UtakHenyo.
July 2008- SUYO joined the 2008 Ten Accomplished Youth Organization(TAYO) Awards and entered UtakHenyo as project entry. It had been participated by the San Isidro Youth of Baao, particularly, Leonell Cortez, Jemol Bisenio, Heros Abrera III, Jason Lim, Johnny Cenaon, Bryan Breboneria, John Christopher Bitao, Kimvercel Bitao, Valerie Mae Breboneria, Clark Cortez, & Christian Bitao
December 2008- SUYO conducted a seminar on “Understanding Teenagers” with Director Wilbur Almoneda, Director of Campus Ministry at Ateneo de Naga University. The seminar was held at Social Hall, San Isidro, Baao, Camarines Sur. They also sponsored First Dance Party with JAMZRAC.

2009 | April 2009- Finalized the memory enhancement program and changed the name from UtakHenyo to UtakOragon. The book Psychology 7 by John Santrock was one of the references to create UtakOragon
May 2009- The group “Temple Street Threce” became very active. It was very big that it occupied the whole chapel of New San Isidro during our meeting. The members thereof attended our Bible Study and became part of the First Grand Dotoc in San Isidro.
July 2009- We began to promote 2nd Annual UtakOragon Baao Student Edition on campuses in Baao for 2009 TAYO awards. Baao High School Teacher Eduardo Begueja persecuted, created stories, and abused physically students involved in SUYO & the group “Temple Street Threce”. Some of the students reported about the abuse at DSWDBaao. It affected the attendance of SUYO activities. It increased absenteeism among SUYO youth during church youth meetings. Top 5 performing students of Baao Community College, Sta. Monica Academy, Bicol Rosary School, Agdangan National High School, & Eusebia Paz-Arroyo Memorial National High School attended the 2009 UtakOragon Program Baao Student Edition. The financial manager was Mr. Arthur Sodsod. SUYO conducted election. The first SUYO executive youth officials were the following: Jomark Baynado, Lyziel Bayrante, Jusam Eriño, Ana Mae Omorog, Shirleen Lomeda, Pamela Balindan, Jennifer Orfila, Bernalyn Naldo, Sean Tristan Quiñones, Joan Magistrado, Kathrina Fajardo, Mark Kevin Soroan, Charmaine Niña Barcenas, Christa Mae dela Cruz, Stefanie Imperial, Ivy Barayoga, John Jurassic Gaite, Ann Louise Balilla, Mecka Ella Tanala and Malyn Barandon.
On the first assessment, 18 out of 20 Examinees showed improvement on their scores after the first post assessment exam. On the second assessment, 11 out of 20 examinees showed improvement on their scores after the second post assessment exam. On the last assessment, 16 out of 19 examinees showed improvement on their scores after the post assessment exam.
First Utak Uragon Parade was held in San Isidro with Eusebia High DLC and Majorettes
August 2009- SUYO helped 19 out-of-school youth in Barangay San Isidro get high school diploma through Department of Education Alternative Learning System. Five took the exam but only 2 passed the exams. One of the two passers is Gaella Ertiz.
September 2009- SUYO promoted their “True Love Waits” seminar & Hawaiian party by posting posters at bulletin board or advertising the event inside the classroom of Baao Community College, Baao National High School Science Math Oriented Class, Sta. Monica Academy, Agdangan National High School, Eusebia Paz Arroyo Memorial National High School, & Bicol Rosary School. We also conducted class election for SUYO.
September 28, 2009- SUYO conducted “True Love Waits” Seminar with Director Rodel Lopez, Lighthouse Leadership Institute First launching of SUYO at Hawaiian Party and Induction of SUYO officers with Commissioner Dino Badilla, National Youth Commission Office of the President of the Philippines. The group Temple Street Threce(TST) partnered with SUYO through the leadership of Mr. Thomas Bajande.
October 23, 2009- Peter transferred to the St. Bartholomew Parish Convent and shared his desire to become a future priest.
Light & Shadows: ICYD finalized the Utak Henyo Program. The founder brought gang members to be active in the church. Second Utak Henyo Conference and Parade were held. Introduced ALS. Conducted “True Love Waits” seminar. First launching of youth officers with Dino Badilla

2010 | March 2010- Peter was given the opportunity by Father Vic Atanacio to clarify an opportunity to clarify an issue relative to false accusations after the mass held at Baao National High School. Father Vic informed everyone that Peter was sent by Father Wilfred Almoneda. Peter informed the students and teachers that SUYO is not a gang. SUYO is merely helping gangs or groups like TST in order for them to become active in church activities. SUYO’s UtakOragon became one of the 7 qualifiers for the 2010 Raul S. Roco Youth Achievement Awards.
May 2010- Peter started to contact the first SUYO executive youth officials. He also started to conduct American accent training & leadership development talk. Most of the participants came from Agdangan National High School with the visible leadership of Student Governor Kevin Soroan & Corps Commander Jaime Sinfuego. Peter finalized the vision & mission of SUYO. He likewise created the discipline & reward system of SUYO.
June 2010- Atty Baby Juru Batan Lugu accepted the proposal to become main SUYO manager & adviser. She was a management & law graduate. St. Bartholomew Parish Priest Father Wilfred Almoneda began to sign SUYO fund raising letters as SUYO Spiritual Director & Superior.
July 2010- Peter finalized the discipline and reward system after consulting the youth.
July 24-25, 2010- SUYO Conducted the 3rd Annual Utak Oragon Conference held in St. Bartholomew Parish. This edition was a training seminar participated by thirty(32) high school & college students recommended & sent by their school principals, president/administrator, guidance counselors, & advisers within the municipality of Baao, Camarines Sur. But only 20 students finished the training workshop. Six schools such as Baao Community College, Eusebia Paz Arroyo Memorial National High School, Agdangan National High School, Sta. Monica Academy, Bicol Rosary School, & Nonito Paz ArroyoMemorial High School partnered with us. The following students are the participants: Sally Brillo, Rica Jane Brillo, Mary Jane Sabularse, Cherry Soribello, Shearl Marwin Sumayao, Ariel Bomanglang Jr., Jennifer Bayos, Genevieve Joven, Shannefer Badiola, Marilyn Baldos, Precious Loren Maghanay, Marjorie Bolo, Jommel Bolo, Teresa Marie Cortez, Jisamine Marvas, Marian Beatrize Olaguer, Raquel Iballa, Madel Brigola, Aemae Solis, & Gabrielle Reis. On the first assessment, 12 out of 20 Examinees showed improvement on their scores after the first post assessment exam. On the second assessment, 17 out of 20 examinees showed improvement on their scores after the second post assessment exam. On the last assessment, 14 out of 19 examinees showed improvement on their scores after the post assessment exam. 2 nd Utak Uragon Parade was held in Baao, Camarines Sur with Agdangan High DLC and Majorettes

February 9, 2013- Conducted the First Utak Henyo Training the Professional Trainers held at Loyola School of Theology, Ateneo de Manila University. Finished the Philippines first Online Alternative Learning System(Online ALS).
Febuary 2013- We spoke with Dr. Carolina Guerrero, the head of Dep Ed ALS Cental Office. We discovered that we were the first who developed the Online ALS.
March 5,2013- Meeting with Sir Mac Bacani, head of the Instructional Design at Ateneo Graduate School to discuss details of online Learning Management System.
March 19, 2013- International Center for Youth Development(ICYD) was registered in the Securities & Exchange Commission (Ortigas)

2016 | February 25, 2016- The Father of Peter Breboneria II died. He started to get weak emotionally. Both of his parents died within six months.

2018 | January 16,2018- Aksyon Kabataan Asia TV aired at Radio Veritas Asia. Our last Episode at RVA. May 2018- Philippine Normal University-National Center for Teacher Education, the No. 1 Teacher Education University in the Philippines waived Peter Breboneria II’s entrance and majorship exam. -Lack of funds due to inconsistent financial support from Directors and lack of fund raising skills. The founder need to use his personal money to pay charity expenses. March 3, 2018= First office of International Center for Youth Development Light & Shadows: Regular show at Radio Veritas Asia. Matth Aquino, a trainee with disability for Directorship brought an issue to Veritas Producers that might jeopardize our program. He brought a complaint in spite that the issue had been already resolved and settled. It appeared that he just want to ruin the Founder’s reputation.
Louie Joy Lique, one of the active directors made Matt Aquino a godfather of his son and created another Loyalty issues. These issues made the founder decided to implement psychological assessment as part of requirement to enter directorship and executive position. Utak Henyo Program was never taught in public schools in 2018. The directors were supposed to teach it monthly.
Factors: Directors love to be in the spotlight that motivated them to be present in TV/radio hosting.Unable to teach Utak Henyo Program due to lack of purpose, planning and implementation among directors. Management issues due to incompetent directors in terms of management technicalities.

October 8, 2019- Start contacting the Utak Henyo Graduates via facebook October 13, 2019- Drafting the first two years of the ICYD Professional Team to be presented with Co-founder and advisers
November 2019- The founder visited Edwin Odulio couple of times. He committed to help set up the professional team and suggested to create the first two years of ICYD professional team’s strategic planning. I created the strategic planning. He told me that he doesn’t have time to read it due to Doctoral Dissertation. I had seen on and off commitment. The founder decided to refrain from inviting him to be part of the leadership position. Prior to these, The founder thought that Ed Odulio was not emotionally ready for leadership. He never visited any sicked Directors in the past due to past traumatic experience. The founder thought he was mature being a doctoral theology student and a professor but full of emotional baggage.
December 2019- Peter transferred to the University of the Philippines. December 13, 2020- Peter registered www.utakhenyo.com at Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Light & shadows: Start of ICYD professional team. Need to let go of some directors due to business purpose and disloyalty or conflict of interest. ICYD is a non- profit corporation. The founder is creating a business corporation in order to financially support ICYD.
Roots: The founder learned the importance of psychological assessment and recruitment process regardless if a candidate has a doctoral degree or not. Doctoral degree does not guarantee maturity. Separation of profit and non-profit corporation. Choosing best for leadership positions. |
